Thessa is a bard in the truest sense. She travels the world, entertaining and collecting stories. She is stunningly beautiful and as agile as an acrobat. (Actually, she has also trained as an acrobat!)

She believes that neither Order nor Chaos may ever control the world, but prefers that Order hold the balance of power. If Rome should ever fall, and she believes it may, another government (Zeedan perhaps) should fill the gap - not the orcish hordes.

Several years ago, she discovered a Prophesy telling of a group of adventurers who would save Mystic from some terrible fate. After some research, she found the adventurers and joined them, not necessarily to help them, but to learn their story firsthand. She has witnessed a treasure trove of great stories and adventures, such as the siege of Corsail; the mourning of great Lily Moonshadow; the fall of the Roman senate and the rescue of Gaius Julius Caesar Augustus (all of which she was involved with!).

Thessa never writes anything down as she believes that the old way of telling stories is becoming lost because of books. Ultimately, she intends on becoming the greatest bard in Roman history. She also eventually wants lots of apprentices.

Roleplaying notes

Thessa is driven by her goal to become the greatest Roman bard of all time. She constantly is listening for new stories or news to spread. She tells herself constantly to stay detached from any important event she witnesses, but often finds herself getting involves anyway.

In combat, she will mostly use defensive spells or distract powerful opponents. She knows to leave combat to the warriors, but may jump in the way of a charging enemy if she sees there is a need to. Thessa hates to see children or the weak suffering. She is a clear thinker and quite intelligent so has no problem taking control of a situation or leading a group.
